At Jig Addicts, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every item is inspected before it leaves our shop. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing.

· Returns are accepted only for products with manufacturing defects.

· Claims must be submitted within 14 daysof receiving your order.

· Please email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective item before returning any merchandise.

· We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine if it qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

· Products damaged through normal use.

· Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or modifications.

· Normal wear and tear.

· Items that have been altered or customized.

· Products purchased in the wrong size, color, or style by the customer.

· Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

· We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Jig Addicts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

· Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return is approved after inspection, we will, at our discretion:

· Replace the defective product with the same item, if available.

· Issue store credit for the purchase price if a replacement is unavailable.

Orders may be canceled only before they have shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to this Return Policy.
